Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with GOTT DENIM.

We ship our products from within the European Union. All orders are carefully packed and processed as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

Orders containing in-stock items are usually processed and shipped within 2–5 business days.

Please note that during launch periods, sales, or times of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Made-to-Order Items

Some sizes or product variants that are not currently in stock may be available as made-to-order.

For made-to-order items, the processing time begins after your order has been confirmed. The estimated production and delivery time will be stated on the product page or during checkout.

If your order contains both in-stock and made-to-order items, the full order will usually be shipped together once all items are available.

• Czech Republic

• Germany

• European Union

• Selected international destinations

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Current shipping rates:

• Czech Republic: from 99 CZK

• Germany: €6.90

• European Union: €14.90

• International: from €24.90

Free shipping may be available above a certain order value. The applicable amount will be shown at checkout.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

• Czech Republic: approx. 1–3 business days

• Germany: approx. 3–6 business days

• European Union: approx. 4–10 business days

• International: approx. 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination country, public holidays, or customs processing.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. If tracking is available, the tracking link will be included in the email.

Customs, Taxes & Duties

For orders within the European Union, no additional customs duties usually apply.

For orders outside the EU, additional import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply. These charges are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

GOTT DENIM has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order.

If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address and is returned to us, additional shipping costs may apply for resending the order.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or has not been delivered after the estimated delivery time, please contact us at:

Please include your order number and, if possible, photos of the damaged packaging or product.

We will review the case with the shipping carrier and do our best to help you as quickly as possible.
